# Duplex Party / Full-Duplex Code > A live voice coding experiment: one persistent computer, one active caller and a public audience. Full-Duplex Code connects real-time conversation to coding tools and browser presentation. ## Read first - [Live experiment](https://duplex.party/): watch the shared computer or join the queue to speak to the agent. - [Voice coding with Full-Duplex Code](https://duplex.party/voice-coding/): spoken instructions, interruptions, hands-free coding and visual feedback. - [Full-duplex voice AI explained](https://duplex.party/full-duplex-ai/): simultaneous listening and speaking, natural turn-taking, speech-to-speech and multimodal coding interaction. - [About the shared-computer experiment](https://duplex.party/about/): participation, persistence, the audience and public recordings. - [Full-Duplex Code source](https://github.com/CakeCrusher/full_duplex_code): the underlying agent harness. ## Product identity Duplex Party is the shared-computer experience. Full-Duplex Code is the agent harness connecting a live voice companion, a coding harness and presentation tools. The deployment uses Codex CLI for coding and Open Claude in Chrome to operate Chrome. The project does not claim to have trained a new speech foundation model. ## What the interaction supports - Real-time voice conversation alongside coding work; the caller can speak while the companion is speaking. - Browser pages, diagrams, apps and results presented alongside spoken explanations. - A public transcript that retains both speakers, including interruptions. - A read-only browser/terminal stream for the caller and audience. - One active caller at a time; the caller guides the agent by voice and chooses the shared view. - A queue with a 30-second invitation. Joining the queue does not broadcast a microphone. - Persistent projects: the next person can continue, remix or redirect earlier work. There is no assigned project. ## Operating facts Active departure or refresh ends a turn. The browser remembers the visitor's username. Waiting queue positions persist until an invitation expires. Calls and the computer stream are public and recorded; room chat is separate from agent input. Hosting uses Cloudflare services. Normal turn handoff preserves work; an explicit owner reset is separate. These public pages describe the product. Administrative routes, participant conversation APIs and private account details are not reference material to crawl or index.
